The room was absolutely massive, much larger than any hotel I had ever visited before. It was really nice, but poorly furnished with no sitting chair, no sofa, no sitting table, hardly any space for clothes, and no dresser. The breakfast was delivered on time but was not worth the value and money.

The service was very polite and clean, but not as professional as Arnoldo. The staff was always helpful and willing to go above and beyond for all of our members.

The location was good and next to the 167 NJ bus stop that goes nonstop to the Port Authority Bus Terminal next to Time Square. It was also close to The Glen Bar and The Pancetta, in the adjacent office complex.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing, spacious, and well situated just across the George Washington Bridge. The service was beyond friendly and I couldn't find a single complaint. The location was expansive, close to the park, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The dining experience was good overall, but the value for money was a bit questionable.
